SPS to SEAS Cross-Registration Process
SPS student advisors are to send the completed Registration Adjustment Form (RAF) via email to Tania Velimirovici (tv2231) and cc: Dean Jenny Mak (jsm46). RAFs will not be reviewed until the first and second week of classes. (regardless of when received). We do not approve the formal registration for a student beyond the 3rd week of classes.
Please refer to the below steps for cross-registration for IEOR courses:
- SPS student advisors are to send the completed Registration Adjustment Form (RAF) via email to Tania Velimirovici (tv2231) and cc Dean Jenny Mak (jsm46).
- RAFs will be reviewed during the second week of classes; we do not approve the formal registration for a student beyond the 3rd week of classes.
- RAFs will not be accepted if submitted directly by the student; RAFs must be completed 100% before being sent to SEAS; please fill out all the highlighted sections of RAF before sending.
- RAFs from College Edge students must specify whether or not they are a minor.
- Students should have met all requirements and should not have any holds on their SSOL accounts before submitting RAFs.
- Students may request a maximum of 5 courses per semester and will only be approved to cross-register for up to 3 courses at SEAS, including Computer Science.
- Students cannot attend a course unless they have been approved by SEAS to do so.
- All decisions will be communicated to the SPS advisors, who will, in turn, inform their respective students.
- Should students have any questions regarding cross-registration, they are urged to contact their SPS advisor.
