Richelle is the Academic and Student Affairs Coordinator for Columbia Engineering's IEOR department, Prior to this role, she worked with IEOR as a Graduate Career Intern, focusing on student engagement and career development. She holds a Masters degree in Cognitive Science from Columbia University's Teachers College and a Bachelors in Psychology from Stony Brook University. In her free time, she enjoys reading and baking. Richelle is committed to supporting students and helping them feel confident and connected throughout their experience.
