Jiaqi Shi is a fifth-year Ph.D. student in Operations Research at Columbia University, advised by Adam Elmachtoub. His research focuses on developing simple, implementable policies with strong performance guarantees for revenue management and pricing, with applications to reusable resources, vehicle sharing networks, and opaque products. He is also interested in pricing and operational decisions in markets shaped by AI. He was named a Cheung-Kong Innovation Doctoral Fellow (2024–2026) and was a finalist for the 2025 INFORMS Service Science Best Student Paper Award.
