Registration Fees
Summer School: €80 (same rate through April 30, 2026 and from May 1, 2026 onward).
Conference, regular fee: €350 until April 30, 2026; €380 from May 1, 2026.
Conference, MOS member fee: €320 until April 30, 2026; €350 from May 1, 2026. This rate applies only to current members of the Mathematical Optimization Society; membership can be verified on the MOS website.
Conference, student fee: €200 until April 30, 2026; €230 from May 1, 2026. This applies to Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD students. A limited number of free registrations for both the Summer School and the main conference are available to students; apply by March 31, 2026 (23:59 Italian time).
The Summer School registration fee covers coffee breaks on June 15–16. The conference registration fee covers coffee breaks on June 17–19, the welcome reception during the poster session on June 17, the social dinner on June 18, and a digital copy of the proceedings.
