Professor Xiuli Chao, IEOR PhD '89, named an INFORMS Fellow

Congratulations to Professor Xiuli Chao on being elected a 2019 INFORMS Fellow. Professor Chao received his PhD from the IEOR department in 1989 and is currently a professor at University of Michigan. Chao was cited for "distinguished research contributions to applied probability, queueing networks, scheduling, inventory control, and service systems as well as significant contributions in service to the profession and higher education."
