Before joining the IEOR department, Tiffany worked with the Director of Baruch College’s Weissman School of Arts and Sciences Graduate Career Services for 2 ½ years, serving 300 graduate students and 800 alumni from 5 different graduate programs. In addition to providing one-on-one counseling, Tiffany organized events and was integral in establishing the first career fairs with a particular expertise in employer outreach.
Tiffany’s continuous passion for assisting students is what drove her to pursue a career in job placement at Columbia. She looks forward to helping students obtain jobs in the field of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. Her background in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her dedication to graduate student career placement helps Tiffany build lasting, sustainable relationships with students, alumni and employers.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys traveling to new places, seeing Broadway shows, playing the drums, shopping and spending quality time with friends and family.
