LAWL6293 Antitrust and Trade Regulation

This course examines the major components of federal antitrust law: agreements between rivals; agreements between firms at different levels of distribution; single-firm conduct including monopolization and attempts to monoopolize, and mergers. We will pay particular attention to the ways in which new technology and intellectual property challenge the application of traditional antitrust principles and polcy.
