Dr. Tim Huh, Recipient of Kuhn Award from Naval Research Logistics

The IEOR Department congratulates Professor Tim Huh who was honored with the 2007 Harold W. Kuhn Award by the Naval Research Logistics for his paper: “A General Strategic Capacity Planning Model under Demand Uncertainty,” Naval Research Logistics, 2006, Volume 53, Issue 2, pp. 137-150 (Huh, Roundy and Cakanyildirim).
In 2005 Naval Research Logistics established a publication award named for the paper selected as the very best from among all those published in the journal since its founding in 1954: “The Hungarian Method for the Assignment Problem” by Harold W. Kuhn. The Harold W. Kuhn Award is presented annually to an exceptional paper published in NRL during the previous three years as selected by a committee of the Associate Editors. Congratulations, Dr.Huh!
